Back and neck pain, answered

What people ask before their first visit.

Still have a question?

Call the clinic or send us a message, we're happy to help.

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by phone.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit is a 45-minute initial consultation. We talk through your pain and history, assess your movement, explain what we find and agree on a plan together.

Can I claim my visit through my health fund?

Yes. We offer HICAPS on the spot, so you can claim your rebate at the clinic straight away.

How much does a session cost?

An initial consultation (45 minutes) is $110, and a follow-up (30 minutes) is $95. Clinical pilates classes are $45.

Is clinical pilates part of back and neck pain treatment?

It can be. Clinical pilates is often used alongside hands-on treatment to build strength and control around the back and neck.

What if my pain is from sitting at a desk all day?

Desk-related stiffness is one of the most common reasons people visit us. We assess your posture and movement and build a plan around your work day.
