Before you book

Questions about sports injury physio

Straight answers before you book your first visit.

Still have a question?

Call the clinic and we'll talk it through.

Do I need a referral to see a sports injury physio?

No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by phone, and we'll organise your assessment at our Paddington clinic.

What happens at my first visit?

You tell us what's going on, we assess your movement and explain what we find in plain language, then agree on a treatment and exercise plan together.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your injury and goals. We'll talk through a plan with you after your assessment, with follow-up visits as needed.

Can I claim through my health fund?

Yes. We process HICAPS claims on the spot, so you can claim your rebate at the clinic straight after your visit.

Do you see runners with recurring injuries?

Yes, we offer running assessments that look at gait and training load alongside hands-on treatment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Wear or bring comfortable clothing you can move in, and any scans or reports relevant to your injury.
